What is a women-owned business?
An eligible women-owned business for the CONNECTION or PROPULSION passes at CVR refers to any representative employed by a company that is at least 25% owned, managed, and controlled by one or more women entrepreneurs.

How does a roundtable work?
Moderated by a facilitator, a virtual roundtable lasts 30 minutes and brings together one buyer and eight Canadian women entrepreneurs. After introductions and a presentation of needs and services, an interactive discussion encourages concrete exchanges. This small, targeted format is designed to maximize business opportunities and direct collaboration. Learn more.
Can I participate in a roundtable?
Access to roundtables is reserved for the owner or an authorized representative of a women-owned business. This opportunity is exclusively available to holders of the CONNECTION and PROPULSION passes.
How many roundtables can I attend?
The number of sessions depends on your pass:
- Connection Pass: Includes access to 5 roundtables across the two days of the event.
- Propulsion Pass: Offers unlimited access to roundtables. By optimizing your schedule, you can participate in up to 18 roundtables over the two days of the event
I purchased the CONNECTION pass but would like access to more roundtables. What can I do?
If you wish to upgrade from the 5 sessions included in your current pass to unlimited access (up to 18 roundtables), you can upgrade to the Propulsion pass directly on the event platform.
When registering for your sixth roundtable, a pop-up will appear informing you that you have reached your quota and offering the option to upgrade to the PROPULSION pass, which provides access to up to 18 roundtables over the two days of the event.
You will only need to pay the price difference between the two passes (+ fees and taxes) to instantly unlock all available time slots.
What is a one-on-one meeting?
A one-on-one meeting is a private 15-minute conversation with a strategic buyer. This privileged format allows you to present your tailored solutions and confirm alignment with the buyer’s needs. It is an ideal opportunity to establish a direct connection and accelerate concrete opportunities for major contracts.

What should I expect?
Duration: 15 minutes
Format: Virtual
Price: $110 + fees and taxes per confirmed meeting. One-on-one meetings are invoiced after the event, in addition to the purchased pass.
Can a one-on-one meeting be declined by the buyer?
The buyer may accept or decline your request if you do not meet their procurement criteria. In the event of a refusal, you will not be charged. Only confirmed and completed meetings will be invoiced after the event.
What happens if technical issues occur during a confirmed one-on-one meeting?
If technical issues prevent the meeting from taking place as scheduled, you will not be charged. Only confirmed and completed meetings will be invoiced after the event.
